Why a large wok pan?
The bigger the wok pan, the easier it is to toss without liquid spilling over. For 4 people or more, a wok pan from 30 cm is ideal: more searing surface and more room to flip vegetables, meat or noodles. Our wok pans have a ceramic non-stick coating on an aluminium body or are made of cast iron.

Care
Wash by hand with a soft sponge and mild detergent to protect the coating. No metal utensils (use wood or silicone). No cold water in a hot wok pan because of thermal shock.
