Shipping & Delivery
If you place your order on a working day before 2:00 PM, your package will usually be handed over to the courier the same day. Your package will then be delivered to your home within 1–3 working days.
You’ll automatically receive a track & trace link once your order is on its way. Be sure to also check your spam folder – sometimes it ends up there by mistake.
Delivery Time
Delivery time within the Netherlands, Belgium, and Germany is usually 1 to 3 business days. Is a different timeframe mentioned with the product? Then that specific delivery time applies.

- Netherlands, Belgium & Germany: Free shipping – no matter what you order.
- Other countries: A small contribution, this may vary per country.

Returning a Product
Not satisfied? Damaged on arrival? Or noticing an issue later on? Whatever the case – we'll figure it out. Here's what you can do and when:
1. Immediate damage or wrong product
Received a damaged item or incorrect order? Report it within 3 business days of delivery via our return portal.
We’ll take it from there. We usually respond within 1 to 2 business days.
2. Warranty – something goes wrong later
Our products are made to last for years. But if something does go wrong through no fault of your own, you’re covered for up to 7 years.
For items with a ceramic non-stick coating (like some pans), we offer a 2-year warranty on that coating. Not all products have this – think spatula sets or glass lids – so we keep it clear and fair for each product.
Our warranty applies to normal household use. That means cooking on low to medium heat, and taking reasonable care of your cookware. That way it stays beautiful – and functional – for longer.

3. Just not a match? Return within 60 days
Not in love with your pan? No worries. You can return your product up to 60 days after receiving it – even if you’ve used it once or twice.
Signs of use are okay, as long as the product is still in good condition. Returns are arranged through our return portal.
Return Conditions
To ensure a quick refund, we ask that you return items properly and completely:
- Product is (mostly) undamaged and complete
- Packaged in the original box
- No writing or drawings on the packaging
- You indicate the reason for return in the portal
Once we receive and approve your return, we’ll process your refund as soon as possible – usually within a few days.

Damage or manufacturing defect?
Did your order arrive damaged or is something not right? Let us know as soon as possible via our return portal.
Damage must be reported within 3 business days of receipt. After that, we’ll handle it.
We usually respond within 1 to 2 business days with a solution.
