How to care for your green pan

Wash by hand with a soft sponge and mild detergent to protect the ceramic coating. No metal utensils (use wood or silicone). No cold water in a hot pan because of thermal shock. Many models are dishwasher-safe, but hand-washing extends the lifespan.
