Refund policy
Want to return a product? Easy peasy
Not head over heels for your pan after all? That happens. You have 60 days to return it – even if you've tried it once or twice.
Signs of use aren't a problem, as long as the product is still in good condition. You can arrange returns via our returns portal.
Want a quick refund? Here's how you can help us out
- The product is (largely) undamaged and complete
- Packed in the original box, preferably with clear tape (to keep the packaging nice)
- No scribbles or doodles on the box
- You indicate in the returns portal why you're returning it
As soon as your return has been received and approved by us, we'll refund you as quickly as possible. Usually, we can do that within a few days.
Damage or manufacturing defect?
Did your order arrive damaged, or is something not right? Let us know within 3 business days of receipt via our returns portal.
We'll then need the following from you:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damage and the packaging:
- 1 of the outer packaging with shipping label
- 1 of the inside with protective material
- 1 overview photo of all items, plus a few close-ups
- The item number of the damaged item
After receipt, we usually resolve it for you within 1 to 2 business days. Easy peasy.
