Ordering
How do I place an order?
You can always easily place an order with Cook and Pan. Search our range for an item you would like to order, click on the item and then click on 'add to shopping cart'. Then click on the shopping cart in the top right of your screen, enter your delivery details and pay the amount. The item will then be automatically sent to you! You will always receive a confirmation of this in your email, also check the junk mail inbox!
Change or cancel order?
Would you like to change or cancel your order? That is of course possible! Please contact us as soon as possible via the Contact form at the bottom of the website or email to mail@cookandpan.com. Have you already received a track and trace via email? Then your order has unfortunately already been shipped, you can always return the item undamaged to Cook and Pan after receipt or refuse it at the door as soon as the parcel deliverer is there.
How do I see the stock status and availability?
As soon as an item is in stock, you can simply order it in the webshop, an item is only completely sold out if the 'sold out' heading is displayed. You will then also not be able to add the item to the shopping cart. Feel free to contact us via the contact form or via email to ask when an item will be back in stock, we can answer this quickly!
I would like to make a larger (business) purchase
Larger purchases are of course possible, please contact us via the contact form at the bottom of the website or email to mail@cookandpan.com. We can often deliver even larger quantities within three working days. Transferring VAT is also no problem if you provide a valid VAT number.
Which payment methods are there?
We offer most payment methods, such as Ideal, Bancontact, credit card, pay later with Klarna and much more. You can see all payment methods at the bottom of our website or in the shopping cart once your order has been placed. Would you like to transfer your order manually? That is also possible! Delivery
How do I know where my package is?
As soon as your order has been placed, we will process it as quickly as possible and send you the track and trace by email. It is possible that your track and trace has accidentally ended up in the junk mailbox, keep a close eye on it.
When will I receive the track and trace?
As soon as your package has left the warehouse, you will receive the track and trace from Cook and Pan. In 90% of cases this is the same evening!
Who sends my package?
We usually send our packages mainly with DHL, unless otherwise agreed. Larger business packages can, for example, be delivered on a pallet.
How long does delivery take?
That differs per item, you will often receive the item within three working days at the latest. Unless something unfortunately happened during transport. Fortunately, our packages are delivered within 24 hours in 99% of cases.
Can my package be delivered to a Collection Point/Parcelshop?
Yes, this is possible! As soon as you have received the track and trace from Cook and Pan, you can choose delivery to a collection point of your choice, where you can pick up the package as soon as it suits you. You can also indicate that the package may be delivered to the neighbors, or that the deliverer leaves the package at your home.
