Questions that are there to be asked! At Cook and Pan we take every question seriously and will answer it promptly.
To make it easier for you, we have already answered the most frequently asked questions for you below. If you have a question that is not listed, no problem! Feel free to contact us via our contact form at the bottom of the website.
How do I place an order?
You can always easily place an order at Cook and Pan. You are looking for an article in our range that you would like to order, click on the article and then click on 'add to cart'. Then click on the shopping cart at the top right of your screen, fill in your delivery details and pay the amount. After that, the article will be sent to you automatically! You will always receive a confirmation in your mail, also check your junk mail inbox!
Change or cancel order?
Would you like to change or cancel your order? That is of course possible! Please contact us as soon as possible via the Contact form at the bottom of the website or send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Have you already received a track and trace by e-mail? Then unfortunately your order has already been shipped, after receipt you can always return the item undamaged to Cook and Pan or refuse at the door as soon as the package deliverer is there.
How do I see the stock status and availability?
As soon as an article is in stock, you can simply order it in the webshop, an article is only completely sold out when the heading 'sold out' is displayed. You can therefore not add the item to the shopping cart. Feel free to contact us via the contact form or by e-mail to ask when an article will be returned, we can provide a quick answer here!
I would like to make a larger (business) order
Larger quantities are of course possible, please contact us via the contact form at the bottom of the website or send an email to info@CookandPan.nl . We can also often deliver larger quantities within three working days. Reversing VAT is no problem at all when showing a valid VAT number.
What payment methods are there?
We offer most payment methods, such as Ideal, Bancontact, credit card, postpay with Klarna and much more. You can see all payment methods at the bottom of our website or in the shopping cart once your order has been placed. Do you want to transfer your order manually? That too is possible! How do I know where my package is?
As soon as your order has been placed, we will process it as soon as possible and send you the track and trace by email. It is possible that your track and trace has accidentally ended up in the unwanted mailbox, keep an eye on it.
When will I receive the track and trace?
As soon as your package has left the warehouse, Cook and Pan will send you the track and trace. In 90% of the cases this is already the same evening!
Who ships my package?
We usually ship our packages mainly with DHL, unless otherwise agreed. For example, larger business packages can be delivered on a pallet.
How long does the delivery take?
This differs per item, you will often receive the item within three working days at the latest. Unless unfortunately something has happened during transport. Fortunately, in 99% of the cases, our packages are delivered within 24 hours.
Can my package be delivered to a Collection Point/Parcel Shop?
Yes this is possible! As soon as you have received the track and trace from Cook and Pan, you can opt for delivery at a collection point of your choice, where you can pick up the package as soon as it is convenient. You can also indicate that the package may be delivered to the neighbors, or that the delivery person will leave the package at your home.
