To order

How do I place an order?

Ordering at Cook & Pan is easy as pie.
Just browse our collection, click on the item you’d like, and hit ‘Add to cart’.
When you’re ready, click the shopping cart at the top right of your screen, fill in your delivery details, and complete your payment. That’s it — we’ll take care of the rest.

You’ll automatically receive a confirmation by email. Didn’t see it? Don’t forget to check your spam folder, just in case!

Change or cancel order?

Want to change or cancel your order? No problem! Just contact us as soon as possible via the contact form at the bottom of the website or send an email to mail@cookandpan.com.

Already received a track & trace email?
That means your order has already been shipped — but don’t worry: you can still return it after delivery, as long as it’s undamaged.
Or simply refuse the package when the delivery driver rings your doorbell.

How do I see the stock status and availability?

As soon as an article is in stock, you can simply order it in the webshop, an article is only completely sold out when the heading 'sold out' is displayed. You can therefore not add the item to the shopping cart. Feel free to contact us via the contact form or by e-mail to ask when an article will be returned, we can provide a quick answer here!

I would like to make a larger (business) order

Larger quantities are of course possible, please contact us via the contact form at the bottom of the website or send an email to info@CookandPan.nl. We can also often deliver larger quantities within three working days. Reversing VAT is no problem at all when showing a valid VAT number.

What payment methods are there?

We offer most payment methods, such as Ideal, Bancontact, credit card, postpay with Klarna and much more. You can see all payment methods at the bottom of our website or in the shopping cart once your order has been placed. Do you want to transfer your order manually? That too is possible! Please contact us via the contact form that you can find at the bottom of the website, you can always email us at info@cookandpan.nl

Delivery

How do I know where my package is?

As soon as your order has been placed, we will process it as soon as possible and send you the track and trace by email. It is possible that your track and trace has accidentally ended up in the unwanted mailbox, keep an eye on it.

When will I receive the track and trace?

As soon as your package has left the warehouse, Cook and Pan will send you the track and trace. In 90% of the cases, this is already the same evening!

Who ships my package?

We usually ship our packages mainly with DHL, unless otherwise agreed. For example, larger business packages can be delivered on a pallet.

How long does the delivery take?

This differs per item, you will often receive the item within three working days at the latest. Unless unfortunately something has happened during transport. Fortunately, in 99% of the cases, our packages are delivered within 24 hours.

Can my package be delivered to a Collection Point/Parcel Shop?

Yes this is possible! As soon as you have received the track and trace from Cook and Pan, you can opt for delivery at a collection point of your choice, where you can pick up the package as soon as it is convenient. You can also indicate that the package may be delivered to the neighbors, or that the delivery person will leave the package at your home.

Returns
I would like to return my item, how do I do that?
We are sorry that you want to return your item! This is always possible within the 30-day cooling-off period. You can register your package via the contact form at the bottom of the website or mail to info@cookandpan.nl, it would be nice if you could state the reason for return and the order number. As soon as we have received these, we will send you the return instructions.
I have a question or complaint about my delivered package
We take every question and/or complaint very seriously! Unfortunately, it can sometimes happen that we make a small mistake despite all the efforts and many checks we go through. We are happy to straighten this out with you! Please contact us via the contact form or send an email to info@cookandpan.nl , it would be nice if you clearly explain your question or complaint so that we can help you as best as possible.

What is the quality of your articles?
We find it important that our customers enjoy the delivered items, we do this by supplying high-quality, functional items with good looks.
With us you will always find a good price-quality ratio of the articles, we also find our service extremely important, which is of course priceless! We like to think along with you and give free advice, no question is too crazy for us.
Which social media do you use?
We use Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and Pinterest! In this we post nice updates about our products, we give inspiration and we post blogs. We think social media is a great way to stay in touch with our customers! At the bottom of the website you will see the icons of our social media, if you click on this you will be automatically linked. If you do find us yourself, you can! We eat Cook and Pan or @cookandpan on every social media channel
