Pan in top shape: here's how you keep it shiny, smooth, and guaranteed good
A quick check before requesting a return
We get it – sometimes it just doesn't click with your pan. No problem! Before we start your return, quickly check if you meet these three conditions:
You can only return your pan if you haven't cooked with it or tested it, if it's neatly in its original box with everything included, and if it's undamaged. If it is defective or damaged, it will be covered under warranty instead of a return.
