We get it, sometimes your pan just doesn’t click. No problem! Before we start your return, please check if you meet these three conditions:
Pan is unused
In original packaging
No damage
You can only return your pan if you haven’t cooked or tested it yet, if it’s neatly in the original box with everything included, and if there is no damage. Is it a defect or damage after all? Then this falls under the warranty instead of a return.
