What’s not covered by warranty?
We know you take good care of your pan and have high expectations. But pans are real workhorses in the kitchen, and some signs of use are completely normal. Below are a few examples that unfortunately are not covered by the warranty:
🔥 Too much heat
Discoloration or rainbow spots due to overheating.
🫒 Unsuitable oil
A sticky layer due to the wrong oil or butter.
🔪 Scratches
Caused by metal spatulas or other sharp kitchen utensils.
🍲 Damaged edges
Often caused by stacking pans without protection.
🍳 Soil deformed
Warping due to an incorrect heat source or too high a setting.
