Our products are made to last for years. This includes clear and honest warranty terms. Below, you'll find what you can expect per product category, how long we offer a warranty, and what is and isn't covered. This way, you'll know exactly what to expect.

1. Legal warranty

You're always entitled to a statutory warranty. This means a product must do what you can reasonably expect. Our extended manufacturer's warranty is in addition to this. Your consumer rights therefore remain valid.

2. Warranty per product category

Aluminum pans

7-year warranty on materials & construction
2-year warranty on ceramic non-stick coating

Covered under warranty

• Manufacturing and material defects
• Loose handles or bottom problems during normal use
• Coating that fails within the warranty period with proper maintenance

Not covered

• Normal wear and tear (scratches, light discoloration)
• Damage due to use at high temperatures / overheating
• Damage caused by aggressive cleaners, dishwasher or metal tools
• Damage caused by falling or careless use

Cast iron pans

25-year warranty on materials and construction

Covered

• Manufacturing defects and structural problems

Not covered

• Rust formation due to improper maintenance or dishwasher use
• Normal wear, discoloration or patina
• Damage from drops, cracks from thermal shock
• Professional intensive use outside normal domestic use

Ceramic / non-stick coatings

2 year warranty on coating

Wear and tear of the coating during prolonged use is considered normal use.

Not covered: overheating, boiling dry, metal spatulas, abrasives.

Pan protectors

2-year warranty on manufacturing defects
Well covered
Cracks or irregularities resulting from normal use due to production

Not covered
Wear and tear from use, friction or years of pressure between pans

Damage caused by washing machine or aggressive cleaning

Lids (glass / stainless steel / tempered glass)

2-year warranty on manufacturing defects

Well covered

• Manufacturing defects, loose handles, pressure problems during normal use

Not covered

• Glass damage due to falls, thermal shock or incorrect heat source
• Normal signs of use such as light scratches

Silicone spatula sets

2-year warranty on materials and workmanship

Well covered

• Cracks or loose parts due to manufacturing defects
• Handle that comes off without user damage

Not covered

• Wear and tear from heat or frequent use
• Melting due to extremely high temperatures above the heat advice
• Color degradation due to food pigment (normal wear and tear)

Wood products

1 year warranty on materials and workmanship
Well covered

• Large cracks or detachment due to manufacturing error

Not covered

• Stains, discoloration or cracks due to moisture, dishwasher, oil or heat
• Expansion/shrinkage of wood due to incorrect maintenance

Other accessories & additions

2 year warranty

• Not covered: normal wear and tear, discoloration, damage from dropping or misuse.

3. What is never covered by the warranty?

❌ Normal wear and tear (scratches, discoloration, patina)
❌ Damage due to drops, bumps or improper use
❌ Damage by aggressive agents / dishwasher (if not permitted)
❌ Damage from extreme heat or boiling dry
❌ Professional use
