We get it – privacy is important. That’s why we’re happy to tell you what we do with your data (and especially what we don’t do). Below you’ll find everything you need to know, without any legal fuss.

What we collect

When you visit our website or place an order, we collect info. Think of your name, address, email address, payment details, IP address, and which pots and pans you liked. We call this your personal data.

To handle your order: from payment to delivery.

To improve our website (yes, we use cookies and Google Analytics for that).
To occasionally email you something cool – only if you want that.

About cookies and consent 🍪

On our site we use cookies – those digital crumbs that make our site smoother, faster, and smarter. Think of remembering what’s in your shopping cart or measuring how many people admire our pots and pans.

Use of Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our site. Google collects information like your IP address, browser type, and pages visited. This data helps us improve the user experience and optimize our site.

Protection against bots and ad fraud

We buy advertising, and a fair share of internet traffic consists of bots. They happily click an ad, but they never buy a pan. To avoid paying for that – and to keep our visitor numbers honest – we use fraud0.

On every visit, fraud0 looks at technical characteristics of your browser and device: type and model, operating system and browser version, screen dimensions and colour depth, time zone, language setting, installed fonts and plug-ins, the referring URL, whether an ad blocker is active, and how you move around the site. That produces exactly one outcome: human or bot.

We do not process sensitive data in this, and it is not used to track you across other websites. The analysis stops as soon as it is clear whether it is a bot. Who we share with

We only share your data with parties that help us help you better, like Shopify (our webshop), Google Analytics and fraud0 (bot and fraud detection). We never sell your data – pinky promise.

Who is our site for?

Our site is intended for cooking lovers aged 16 and up. Younger? Then ask your parents for permission first (or use their account 😉).

We keep your data as long as needed for your order – or as long as you’re a customer. Don’t want us anymore? Let us know, and we’ll delete your data (except if we have to keep it by law).
