That's why we are looking for an experienced Business Developer who opens doors at major retailers and loyalty programs in Europe. Someone who closes deals that make you hungry – and builds relationships that stick.

What you are going to do

🏪 Retail & Wholesale

  • You spot and approach European retailers with large floor spaces and ambitious goals.
  • You negotiate solid deals and conclude distribution contracts that we can build on for years.
  • You maintain relationships with key accounts and let them grow with our brand.

🎁 Loyalty & Joint Promotions

  • You enter into collaborations with loyalty partners and promotional platforms.
  • You ensure that those campaigns run like clockwork – from conditions to execution.

📈 Strategy & Growth

  • You analyze market opportunities and translate them into concrete action plans.
  • You translate trends in consumer behavior into smart B2B offers.
  • You work with marketing and product development to build custom deals.

Who we are looking for

  • 5 to 7 years of experience in business development or B2B sales (preferably in cookware or consumer goods).
  • A proven track record with major retailers, supermarket chains and loyalty programs in Europe.
  • A network that works for you – and that you can switch to now.
  • Negotiating? You do that with flair and focus on the long term.
  • You are independent, commercial and always think one step ahead.
  • Experience with international contracts and pricing? Absolutely great.

  • International work field: You travel through Europe to close deals
  • Languages: Dutch & English fluently, other languages are a big plus
