That’s why we’re looking for an experienced Business Developer who can open doors with major retailers and loyalty programs across Europe. Someone who closes mouthwatering deals — and builds relationships that last.

What you’ll do
🏪 Retail & Wholesale
- Identify and approach European retailers with serious square footage and ambition.
- Negotiate strong distribution deals with long-term potential.
- Manage key accounts and help them grow with our brand.
🎁 Loyalty & Joint Promotions
- Set up collaborations with loyalty partners and promotional platforms.
- Ensure smooth execution of campaigns — from terms to rollout.
📈 Strategy & Growth
- Analyze market opportunities and turn them into actionable plans.
- Translate consumer trends into smart B2B propositions.
- Work with marketing and product teams to develop tailored deals.
Who we’re looking for
- 5–7 years of experience in business development or B2B sales (preferably in cookware or consumer goods).
- Proven track record with large retailers, supermarket chains, and loyalty programs across Europe.
- A network you can activate today — and that brings value instantly.
- Skilled negotiator with flair and a long-term relationship mindset.
- Independent, commercially driven, and always one step ahead.
- Experience with international contracts and pricing is a big plus.
