A grill pan brings the outdoor character indoors: crispy grill marks, caramelized edges and that signature smoky flavor without firing up your BBQ. Whether it's a juicy steak, grilled vegetables or a steamed corn cob, with a grill pan you get that restaurant result at home every time.

What is a grill pan and what do you use it for?

You'll recognize a grill pan by the ribs on the base. They create the well-known grill marks and give air under your dish so excess fat drains off. Ideal for:

  • Steaks, chicken breast, tuna or marinated vegetables with grill marks.
  • Toasties and panini without a sandwich press.
  • Lower-fat cooking (fat drains between the ribs).
  • Halloumi, tofu, zucchini and eggplant with the typical grilled flavor.
  • Grilled fruit like pineapple or peach for desserts.

Grill pan for induction

Our grill pans are induction-ready thanks to the reinforced, magnetic base. No warping, no hot spots. Also works perfectly on gas, ceramic and electric.

Grill pan without PFAS

Our grill pans feature a safe ceramic non-stick coating (GreenShield) or are made of pure stainless steel. No PFAS, no PTFE, no PFOA. Healthy grilling without hidden chemicals.

Which grill pan size suits you?

  • 28 x 28 cm: the standard size, for 2 to 4 portions at once. Fits most cooktops.
  • Square or round: square gives slightly more grill surface per cm. Round works on narrower zones.

Tips for the best grill result

  • Preheat the grill pan well (3-4 minutes on medium-high).
  • Oil the food, not the pan itself.
  • Don't turn too early: let the grill marks form.
  • Work in batches: too full = braising instead of grilling.
  • Let meat rest 1-2 minutes after grilling for juiciness.

Caring for your grill pan

  • Don't use metal spatulas on the ceramic coating.
  • Let the pan cool before washing.
  • A soft brush works best between the ribs.
  • Warm water and mild soap are enough, don't soak.
  • Don't stack pans directly on top of each other.
