• Did you click ‘Add’?
  Without that click, the discount will remain on the sidelines.
• Is the code still valid?
  Some promotions are temporary. So check the terms and conditions – we promise, they are short and sweet.
• Does your product fall under the promotion?
  Discounts sometimes do not apply to discounted items or specific collections. So double check.

Got your discount code ready? Here's how it works.

Getting a discount with us is as easy as frying an egg. Follow these steps and you'll be done in no time:

1. Go to cookandpan.com – your kitchen starts there.
2. Choose your favorite cooking tools and add them to your shopping cart.
3. Click on the shopping cart icon and then on 'Checkout'.
4. In the top right corner, you'll see 'Enter discount code'. Enter your code there.
5. Click 'Apply' to activate the code.
6. The discount will be immediately deducted from your total amount.
7. Click 'Continue' and complete your order.

💡 Tip: The code has to be exactly right – an extra space or wrong character? Then it won't work. But capital letters? No problem!
