Retention Marketer 🚀

We are growing fast at home and abroad. That’s why we’re looking for a retention marketer who turns our customer base into a community. Someone who builds flows that connect, sets up campaigns that bring customers back, and develops programs that turn customers into fans.
What will you do?
As a retention marketer, you are the link between CRM, loyalty, and performance. You get plenty of freedom to shape your domain in a way that is scalable and creative.
- You design and build smart Klaviyo flows for email and SMS: welcome, browse abandonment, cart recovery, winback, post-purchase, etc.
- You develop and manage campaigns (seasonal, thematic, or product-driven).
- You come up with loyalty and referral campaigns (using tools like LoyaltyLion, Yotpo, or similar).
- You analyze customer data and create segmentations, triggers, and optimizations based on that (RFM).
- You write or coordinate copy and visuals (in collaboration with content creators).
- You develop ad concepts for retargeting, loyalty activation, and lookalikes, which you execute together with our media buyer.
- You experiment with zero- and first-party data for personalization.
- You keep an eye on the big picture: email, ads, loyalty, website, customer experience — everything has to fit.
What do you bring?
- You have 5+ years of experience in e-commerce or at a D2C brand or agency as an email / CRM / retention marketer.
- You are an expert in Klaviyo and understand how flows really work — from logic to creation.
- You have experience with Shopify and know how the data and customer structure work.
- You have worked with loyalty tools and know how to bring customers back and encourage sharing.
- You think funnel-based, in personas, segmentations, and timing.
- You have a sharp feel for the target audience: sustainable, stylish, conscious, but without the hippy vibe.
- You analyze campaigns sharply, focus on LTV, and know how to increase it.
- You can work independently but also seek collaboration with design, advertising, and customer care.
