Ingrid from @wat_kookt_ingrid_vandaag has another original recipe ready for you. Two delicious sauce dips for an evening on the couch with your family or when you have friends over. We are curious if you have ever tried these: 1. The walnut tapenade and 2. Turkish Paprika Feta Dip.
Sounds delicious already right?! You make both dips like this! So you can quickly enjoy all that goodness. You can easily use this dip on chips, baguette or Turkish bread.
Because the Walnut dip is quite thick you can choose to first spread a nice layer of cream cheese (boursin or paturain) on your bread and then add the dip on top. A really good combo! The nice thing about this dip is that if you cover it completely with oil it will keep well in the fridge for about a month! Although we do wonder if this tasty dip will last that long ;)
Ingredients Walnut Tapenade
- 250 grams of walnuts
- 2 red peppers (without seeds)
- 12 cloves of garlic (really, this is not a typo! there really are 12 😉)
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- Olive oil so it stays covered under a layer of oil
- Optional cream cheese, for example Boursin or Paturain
Preparation method
- Place all the ingredients in a bowl or measuring cup
- Blend everything together
- Add some oil if needed, this makes it easier to turn into a 'mass'
- Keep everything under the oil until use
- Make sure the mass is always covered with a layer of oil

Ingredients Turkish Pepper Feta Dip
- 5 peppadews with cream cheese
- 3/4 jar grilled (red) pepper
- 1 clove garlic (yes, this time really ;))
- Pepper and salt
- 200 grams feta
- 2 tablespoons oil

Preparation method
- Add all ingredients into a bowl or measuring cup
- Blend everything into a mass

Easy as that! Just spread it on and enjoy your meal!
