Ingrid from @wat_kookt_ingrid_vandaag has another original recipe ready for you. Two delicious sauce dips for an evening with your family on the couch or for when your friends are over. We're curious if you've ever tried these: 1. Walnut tapenade and 2. Turkish Paprika Feta Dip.
Sounds delicious, right?! You can make both dips so easily! So you can quickly enjoy all that deliciousness. You can easily use these dips on chips, baguette or Turkish bread.
Because the Walnut Dip is quite firm, you can choose to first spread a nice layer of cream cheese (Boursin or Paturain) on your bread and then apply the dip over it. A really great combo! The great thing about this dip is that if you completely submerge it in oil, it will keep well in the fridge for a month! Although we wonder if you won't have finished this tasty dip before then ;)
Walnut Tapenade Ingredients
- 250 grams of walnuts
- 2 red peppers (without seeds)
- 12 cloves of garlic (really, this is not a typo! there are really 12 😉)
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- Olive oil so that it remains under a layer of oil
- Optional cream cheese, such as Boursin or Paturain
Preparation method
- Place all the ingredients in a bowl or measuring cup
- Blend everything together
- If necessary, add some oil to make it easier to form a 'mass'
- Submerge everything in oil until use
- Make sure the mass is always under a layer of oil

Turkish Paprika Feta Dip Ingredients
- 5 peppadews with cream cheese
- 3/4 jar of grilled (red) paprika
- 1 clove of garlic (yes, this time it is ;))
- Pepper and salt
- 200 grams of feta
- 2 tablespoons of oil

Preparation method
- Add all the ingredients to a bowl or measuring cup
- Blend everything into a mass

Easy as that! Start spreading and enjoy your meal!
