To guide that growth well, we are looking for an HR Manager who focuses on people, not paperwork. Contracts and administration? Our external partner handles that. You focus on what really matters: finding, guiding, and retaining top talent.

What you will do
🔍 Recruitment & Selection
- You spot and approach new talent for various teams (from supply to socials).
- You conduct interviews, manage the process, and coordinate closely with our team leads.
- You build a talent pool we can draw from for years to come.
💬 Culture & Employee Satisfaction
- You launch initiatives that strengthen our culture – from feedback rounds to social drinks.
- You organize teambuilding and events that connect people.
- You gauge the vibe on the work floor and make sure it stays good.
🚀 Coaching & Development
- You coach team members in their growth, give feedback that lands and motivates.
- You support managers in leadership and team dynamics.
- You build training programs that really matter (no boring PowerPoints).
Who we are looking for
- At least 5 years of experience in HR, focusing on recruitment, coaching, and culture.
- You come from the world of scale-ups, e-commerce, or retail – and understand the pace.
- You have a smooth way with words, a sharp eye for people, and know how to get a team moving.
- You are proactive, pragmatic, and not afraid to just get things done.
- Premium brands, working internationally? Totally your thing.
