To support this growth, we’re looking for an HR Manager who focuses on people, not paperwork. Contracts and admin? That’s handled by our external partner. You focus on what really matters: finding, guiding, and keeping top talent.

What you’ll be doing
🔍 Recruitment & Selection
- You identify and approach new talent for all kinds of teams (from supply to socials).
- You conduct interviews, manage the process, and work closely with our team leads.
- You build a talent pool we can tap into for years to come.
💬 Culture & Employee Happiness
- You launch initiatives to strengthen our culture — from feedback loops to Friday drinks.
- You organize team-building and events that truly connect people.
- You keep a pulse on team morale — and make sure it stays strong.
🚀 Coaching & Development
- You coach team members on their growth path, giving feedback that lands and motivates.
- You support managers in leadership and team dynamics.
- You build training programs that actually help (no boring PowerPoints).
Who we’re looking for
- At least 5 years of experience in HR, focused on recruitment, coaching, and culture.
- Background in scale-ups, e-commerce, or retail — you thrive in fast-paced environments.
- You’re a strong communicator with an eye for people and a knack for inspiring teams.
- You’re proactive, pragmatic, and not afraid to roll up your sleeves.
- You love premium brands and international work? So do we.
