Ingredients:

1 tablespoon of olive oil
4 eggs
10 large shrimps
1 red pepper, sliced
1 medium yellow onion, sliced
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons tomato paste
1 teaspoon sweet paprika
Pinch of crushed red pepper flakes
1 can of crushed tomatoes
120 milliliters of vegetable or chicken stock
Salty
Black pepper
1 bag of spinach
1 bag of cheese ravioli
80 grams of crumbled feta
Parsley
Crispy bread, for dipping

Preparation:

  1. Heat oil in a large frying pan over medium heat.
  2. Then add the peppers and onions and fry until soft. This takes about 10 minutes.
  3. Then add the garlic until fragrant. This takes about 1 minute.
  4. Add tomato paste, paprika and red pepper flakes and stir until the pan is covered with the mixture.
  5. Finally, add the tomatoes and stock and bring to the boil.
  6. Season with salt and pepper if necessary.
  7. After simmering, add the ravioli and cook, covered, until al dente, for 4 to 6 minutes.
  8. Fry the shrimp briefly in some oil in another frying pan and add the shrimp.

Then sprinkle with feta and parsley and serve with bread for dipping, enjoy!
