Our products are made to last for years with you. That comes with clear and honest warranty conditions. Below you’ll find what to expect per product category, how long our warranty lasts, and what is or isn’t covered. So you know exactly where you stand.

1. Legal warranty

You always have the right to a legal warranty. That means a product must do what you can reasonably expect from it. Our additional factory warranty is on top of that. Your consumer rights always remain valid.

2. Warranty per product category

Aluminum pots and pans

7 years warranty on material & construction
2 years warranty on ceramic non-stick coating

Covered under warranty

• Manufacturing and material defects
• Loose handles or problems with the base under normal use
• Coating that fails within the warranty period with proper maintenance

Not covered

• Normal wear and tear (scratches, slight discoloration)
• Damage from high temperature use / overheating
• Damage from aggressive cleaners, dishwasher or metal tools
• Damage from dropping or careless use

Cast iron pots and pans

25 years warranty on material & construction

Covered

• Manufacturing defects and structural problems

Not covered

• Rust caused by improper maintenance or dishwasher use
• Normal wear, discoloration or patina
• Damage from dropping, cracks from thermal shocks
• Professional intensive use beyond normal household use

Ceramic / non-stick coatings

2 years warranty on coating

Wear of coating from long-term use is considered normal use.

Not covered: overheating, dry boiling, metal spatulas, abrasive agents.

Pots and pans protectors

2 years warranty on manufacturing defects
Covered
Cracks or irregularities from normal use that come from production

Not covered
Wear from use, friction or years of pressure between pots and pans

Damage from washing machine or aggressive cleaning

Lids (glass / stainless steel / tempered glass)

2 years warranty on manufacturing defects

Covered

• Manufacturing defects, loose handles, pressure issues under normal use

Not covered

• Glass damage from dropping, thermal shocks or wrong heat source
• Normal signs of use like light scratches

Silicone spatula sets

2 years warranty on material and manufacturing

Covered

• Cracks or loose parts due to production defect
• Handle coming loose without user damage

Not covered

• Wear from heat or frequent use
• Melting from extremely high temperatures above heat advice
• Color changes from food pigment (normal wear)

Wood products

1 year warranty on material and manufacturing 
Covered

• Large cracks or detachment due to production defect

Not covered

• Stains, discoloration or cracks from moisture, dishwasher, oil or heat
• Wood expanding/shrinking from improper maintenance

Other accessories & additions

2 years warranty

• Not covered: normal wear, discoloration, damage from dropping or misuse.

3. What is never covered by warranty?

 ❌ Normal wear and tear (scratches, discoloration, patina)
 ❌ Damage from dropping, bumping or incorrect use
 ❌ Damage from aggressive agents / dishwasher (if not allowed)
 ❌ Damage from extreme heat or dry boiling
 ❌ Professional use
