Shipping & Delivery
Order on weekdays before 11:45 PM? Your package usually goes out with the courier the same day.
You will automatically receive a track & trace link as soon as your order is on its way. Just double-check your spam folder too – sometimes it ends up there by accident.
Delivery Time
- Netherlands, Belgium, and Germany: Orders are delivered the next day, except on Sundays.
- Other countries: Delivery may take up to 2 extra working days.
- Product variation: If a specific delivery time is stated for a product, that specific delivery time applies over the standard conditions.
Shipping Costs
- Netherlands, Belgium & Germany: Free shipping – no matter what you order.
- Other countries: A small contribution, which may vary per country.

Returning a Product
Not satisfied? Damage on arrival? Or notice something later? Whatever it is – we make it easy.
Below you can see what you can do and when:
1. Immediate damage or wrong product
Did you receive a damaged item or is your order incorrect? Then report it within 3 working days after delivery via our return portal.
After that, we take over. We usually respond within 1 to 2 working days.
2. Warranty – something turns out wrong later
Our products are made to last for years. If something goes wrong, not your fault? Then you are covered with us for up to 7 years.
For parts with a ceramic non-stick coating (like on some pots and pans) there is a warranty of 2 years on that coating. Not every product has such a coating – think of spatula sets or glass lids – so we keep it fair and clear per product.
Our warranty applies to normal household use. That means: cooking on low to medium heat, and a little care for your pots and pans. That way it stays just as nice as tasty for a long time.
Do you have a problem covered by the warranty? Report it via our warranty form or send us an email. We’re happy to help you solve it.
3. Just not a match? Return within 60 days
Not in love with your pan after all? That can happen. You can return your product up to 60 days after receipt – even if you’ve tried it once or twice.
Signs of use are okay, as long as the product is still neat. You arrange returns via our return portal.
Return Conditions
For a quick refund, we ask you to return your item neatly and complete:
- Product is (mostly) undamaged and complete
- Packaged in the original box
- No written or drawn texts on the packaging
- You indicate in the return portal why you are sending it back
As soon as your return is received and approved, we will refund you as soon as possible. Usually within a few days.

Damage or manufacturing defect?
Did your order arrive damaged or is something wrong? Let us know as soon as possible via our return portal.
Damages must be reported within 3 working days after receipt. After that, we take over.
