How long is my warranty?
Our cast iron pots and pans come with a 25 year warranty. Yep, twenty-five. That’s almost longer than your kitchen cabinets last.
For the rest of our collection, you’re also covered:
You get a 7 year warranty on your Cook & Pan product against manufacturing and material defects.
The ceramic non-stick coating? It keeps working for up to 2 years after purchase – if you treat it with a little care.
If you just use your pan at home and don’t put it on a flamethrower? Then you’re safe. Normal wear like scratches or discoloration is part of it. But things like warping from too high heat? Unfortunately, that’s not covered.

Is the non-stick coating free of toxic substances?
Yes! We have developed our own ceramic non-stick coating that is 100% free of PFAS.
What does a ceramic non-stick coating mean?
Ceramic pots and pans are pots and pans with a ceramic coating or
non-stick layer. They are made of ceramic, a material often made from baked clay.
Ceramic has the advantage of being heat resistant and more durable against wear. The layer of natural ceramic is applied to the pot or pan and then baked in the oven, which hardens it and provides a superior non-stick effect. This is 100% free of toxic substances like PFAS or Teflon.
Do I not need to use oil in the pan?
In principle, you hardly need to use any oil in our pan with a non-stick coating. Our customers use 90% less oil in a Cook and Pan pan, so you cook much healthier and more sustainably. However, in some cases, oil or butter adds more flavor to a dish or is part of the recipe.

How do I return my product?
Not satisfied? Damage upon receipt? Or do you only notice a defect later? Whatever the issue – we make it easy. Below you’ll find what you can do and when:
1. Immediate damage or wrong product
Did you receive a damaged item or is your order incorrect? Then report it within 3 working days after delivery via our return portal.
After that, we take over. We usually respond within 1 to 2 working days.
2. Warranty – something turns out wrong later
Our products are made to last for years. If something goes wrong, not your fault? Then you’re covered with us for up to 7 years.
For parts with a ceramic non-stick coating (like on some pots and pans) there is a warranty of 2 years on that coating. Not every product has such a coating – think of spatula sets or glass lids – so we keep it fair and clear per product.
Our warranty applies to normal household use. That means: cooking on low to medium heat, and a bit of care for your pots and pans. That way they stay just as nice as tasty for a long time.
Do you have a problem that falls under the warranty? Report it via our return portal or send us an email. We’re happy to solve it with you.
3. Just not a match? Return within 60 days
Not in love with your pan after all? That can happen. You can return your product up to 60 days after receipt – even if you’ve tried it once or twice.
Signs of use are okay, as long as the product is still neat. You arrange returns via our return portal.
Conditions for return
For a quick refund, we ask you to send your return neatly and complete:
- Product is (mostly) undamaged and complete
- Packaged in the original box
- No written or drawn texts on the packaging
- You indicate in the return portal why you are sending it back
As soon as your return arrives with us and is approved, we will refund you as soon as possible. Usually that happens within a few days.
How do I ensure a long lifespan?
To extend the lifespan of your pot, proper maintenance is essential. Our pots and pans conduct heat optimally, so heat them on a low to medium flame. This also saves you a lot of energy.
Avoid sudden temperature changes and rapid heating. Hand washing is recommended, and it’s good to store the pot lightly oiled to maintain a well-performing non-stick coating.
How do I ensure the best non-stick performance?
Our non-stick coatings are extremely good! But with these tricks, you get the most out of your pan:
- Oiling: Heat a teaspoon of oil in the pan and then let it cool down. Remove the excess oil and dry the pan thoroughly. This speeds up the seasoning process of the pan and optimizes the performance of the non-stick coating.
- Limit heat supply. Our frying pan is designed to maximize heat efficiency compared to traditional pots and pans. We advise you to set the heat source level a bit lower than usual.
- Patience. When preparing sticky dishes, like eggs, patience is key to getting a perfectly fried egg without using butter or oil. Moderate heat is essential, followed by undisturbed cooking. Avoid repeatedly moving the food with the spatula. When the food shows some sticking to the non-stick coating, this usually means some waiting time is needed for full heat distribution, cooking, or searing. Only after this phase is removing the food from the pan easier.
