What is not covered by the warranty?
We understand that you take good care of your pot and pan and that you have high expectations. But pots and pans are real workhorses in the kitchen, and some signs of use are completely normal. Below you’ll find a few examples that unfortunately are not covered by the warranty.
🔥 Too much heat
Discoloration or rainbow spots due to overheating.
🫒 Unsuitable oil
A sticky layer caused by the wrong oil or butter.
🔪 Scratches
Caused by metal spatulas or other sharp kitchen utensils.
🍲 Damaged edges
Often caused by stacking pots and pans without protection.
🍳 Bottom deformed
Warping due to the wrong heat source or too high a setting.
