What will you do? 🎯

You’re responsible for all paid channels: from Meta and Google to Pinterest, TikTok and marketplaces. You oversee the entire funnel. You analyse, optimise and scale what works. With a sharp eye for data and a commercial mindset, you make sure budgets are used smartly for maximum revenue and return.

Specifically, that means:

📊 You analyse the full funnel of each channel: from impression to conversion and repeat purchase.
📈 You manage ROAS, CAC, CLTV and other relevant KPIs.
💰 You allocate the total advertising budget across channels based on performance.
🔁 You ensure all campaigns (paid social, SEA, shopping, marketplaces etc.) align well and strengthen each other.
🤝 You work closely with our marketing manager, content creators and external agencies.
🧪 You test new channels and are always looking for growth opportunities.

Who are we looking for? 🔍

🧠 You have at least 3 years of experience in performance marketing.
📊 You’re strong in data analysis and commercially sharp.
🧭 You think in funnels, customer journeys and incrementality.
📉 You have experience with performance dashboards (e.g. Looker Studio, Power BI or similar).
⚡ You like speed, ownership and results.
🌍 Experience with e-commerce and international growth is a plus.
