A frying pan your egg slides off
Your frying pan is the pan you reach for most: for eggs, pancakes, fish, vegetables and a quick piece of meat. So you want one that doesn't stick and doesn't warp. Every Cook & Pan frying pan has a smooth ceramic non-stick coating without PFAS and a thick, magnetic base that heats evenly on induction, gas, ceramic and electric hobs. A drop of oil is enough.
Which frying pan suits you?

Ceramic, stainless steel or cast iron: which frying pan should you choose?
- Aluminium with a ceramic non-stick coating: light and up to temperature in no time. The frying pan for every day. See the ceramic frying pans.
- Stainless steel with a ceramic non-stick coating (Honey): sturdier and extra scratch-resistant, with the same smooth coating. See the stainless steel frying pans.
- Cast iron: holds heat like nothing else, for a crust on your steak. Heavier, but lasts for generations.
Frying pan on induction
Every frying pan has a magnetic base and works on induction. Choose a base that is roughly the size of your cooking zone and the whole pan heats evenly. Cooking on induction? Take a look at our frying pans for induction too.
Frying pan without PFAS
None of our frying pans contain PFAS, PFOA or PTFE. Not in the ceramic coating, not in the material underneath. Want to see every frying pan with that promise up front? Take a look at our frying pans without PFAS.
Keeping your frying pan smooth for longer
Cook on a low to medium setting, which is almost always hot enough for a ceramic coating. Use a wooden or silicone spatula, let the pan cool down a little before rinsing it and preferably wash by hand with a soft sponge. Dry cast iron straight away.
How long does a frying pan last?
Our frying pans come with a 7-year warranty on manufacturing and material defects and a 2-year warranty on the performance of the ceramic coating. Cast iron has a 25-year warranty. Want to find out first whether it suits you? You get 60 days of try-cooking.
Frequently asked questions about frying pans
Which size frying pan do I need?
20 cm for one person, 24 cm for two to three people and 28 cm for a family. If you often cook for a full table, 32 cm is the large frying pan.
What is the best frying pan to buy?
For everyday frying without sticking, a ceramic frying pan on aluminium. If you want to work it hard for years, choose Honey in stainless steel. For a crust on meat, cast iron is best.
Why does my frying pan stick?
Usually the heat is too high, or there's a thin film of burnt-on fat on the base. Fry on a medium setting and clean the pan thoroughly with warm water and a soft sponge.
Can a frying pan go in the dishwasher?
It can, but washing by hand keeps the ceramic coating looking good for longer.
Does a Cook & Pan frying pan work on gas?
Yes. The aluminium and cast iron frying pans work on gas, induction, ceramic and electric hobs. The Honey stainless steel frying pans are made for induction.
Can I try a frying pan first?
Yes. You get 60 days of try-cooking. If the pan turns out not to suit you, just let us know.
