What is a stainless steel cookware set with 3-ply construction?

Our Honey stainless steel cookware sets have a three-layer construction: two outer layers of stainless steel and an aluminium core in the middle. The stainless steel is hard, scratch-resistant and stays good-looking; the aluminium core ensures fast and even heat conduction, so you get no hot spots. On the inside there is a ceramic non-stick coating, so nothing sticks to the bottom.

Care: how to keep your stainless steel cookware set looking good

Cook on a low to medium setting, which thanks to the aluminium core is almost always hot enough. Use wooden or silicone spatulas, let the pots and pans cool for a moment before rinsing and preferably wash them by hand with a soft sponge. They can go in the dishwasher, but by hand the ceramic coating stays looking good for longer. Limescale marks on the outside come off with a splash of vinegar.
