Stainless steel pots and pans: sturdy steel with a smooth ceramic coating
With the stainless steel pots and pans from our Honey line, you get the best of both worlds. On the outside, sturdy, scratch-resistant stainless steel that stays good-looking for years. On the inside, a smooth ceramic non-stick coating, so your egg slides right out. Without PFAS, PTFE or any other synthetic coating.
How is a Honey stainless steel pan built?
The stainless steel pans in our Honey line have a 3-ply construction: two layers of stainless steel with an aluminium core in between. The stainless steel makes the pan sturdy and scratch-resistant, the aluminium core spreads the heat quickly and evenly. On the inside there is a ceramic non-stick coating made of silicon oxide, a mineral also found in sand and glass.

Stainless steel or aluminium: which do you choose?
Both have the same smooth ceramic coating. Stainless steel is sturdier and more scratch-resistant, and feels a little heavier in the hand. Aluminium is lighter and heats up faster. Prefer something light? Take a look at our ceramic pans with an aluminium body.
Stainless steel pans for induction and every other hob
Stainless steel is naturally magnetic, so our Honey stainless steel pans work on induction, gas, ceramic and electric hobs. Cooking on induction? Take a look at our overview of pots and pans for induction as well.
How to keep your stainless steel pans looking good
Cook on a low to medium setting, which thanks to the aluminium core is almost always hot enough. Use a wooden or silicone spatula, let your pan cool for a moment before rinsing and preferably wash it by hand with a soft sponge. Limescale marks on the outside come off with a splash of vinegar.
How long do stainless steel pans last?
Our Honey stainless steel pans come with a 7-year warranty on manufacturing and material defects and a 2-year warranty on the performance of the ceramic coating. With the right care, you will be cooking with them for much longer. Want to feel whether they suit you first? You get 60 days of try-cooking.
