Shipping and delivery
Place your order before 23:59? We will process it the same day! All our packages are delivered by DHL. Keep an eye on your mail for the track & trace and also check your spam mailbox.
Delivery time
Delivery time is usually 1 to 3 working days within the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany, unless stated otherwise with the article.
Postage costs
- Netherlands & Belgium : Free shipping, whatever you order!
- Germany : A small contribution of €4.50.

Return product
Returning a product? No problem! Make sure you pack the product in the original box and seal it with transparent tape (other tape can damage the box). The costs for returning are at your own expense, unless the item was delivered defective and you have discussed this with us in advance.
Important for returns
We want to get products back in one piece, so that we can make someone else happy with them. All returns are therefore carefully checked.
We will refund the purchase amount if:
- The product is returned undamaged and in the original box and packaging.
- There is no writing or drawing on the packaging.
- You have clearly indicated in advance why you are returning the product, so that neither of us are faced with any surprises.
Once everything has been returned properly, we will make sure you get your money back as soon as possible. Please give us some time to process everything properly.

Complaints
It is of course annoying if you have a complaint about the service as you have experienced it, we always strive to make everything go as well as possible, unfortunately we can also make a mistake now and then. We want to correct this as soon as possible. We kindly ask you to pass on your complaint via e-mail. This can be done by e-mail: info@cookandpan.nl.
Injury:
Is there damage or a production error? If an order arrives and something breaks during transport, please let us know as soon as possible. Damage must be reported to us by email within 3 working days after the delivery date. What to do? Send us an email with the following information:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damage and packaging
- one photo of the outer packaging with the label visible.
- one photo of the inner packaging and the protective material.
- Photos of the items. This means a photo of all items together and a few detail photos.
These photos are necessary for processing the damage.
- The article number in question
After receiving this information, they will come up with a suitable solution as soon as possible. Please give us some time to short-circuit all this and process everything as well as possible. We always aim to respond within 1 to 2 working days.
