Welcome to the Italian kitchen! A classic dish from this beautiful country is, of course, Spaghetti Carbonara. BUT this dish has many variations, you can really go in any direction with it. And yes, that's the fun thing about cooking: you can make it completely your own!

This Italian pasta is packed with flavor, perfect if you want to impress family or friends with a dinner that could just as easily come from a 5-star restaurant. But well, how do you make it? Patrick from Cookwaus will explain it to you!
Ingredients for 4 people:
-
400 grams of spaghetti
-
200 grams of Chorizo, cubed
-
fresh parsley
-
2 little gems
-
100 grams of Parmesan cheese (grated)
-
3 eggs
-
pinch of pepper and salt
-
8 tiger prawns
-
400 grams of salmon
-
2 limes
Preparation:
- Put the Chorizo in a pan and fry them nicely until crispy. They don't have to be completely cooked.
- Meanwhile, put a large cooking pot of water with a pinch of salt on the heat and when the water boils, add the spaghetti. Cook the spaghetti in about 10 minutes al dente (or check the package for the preparation method).
- Add the pasta directly from the cooking pot to the pan with Chorizo and stir through. Turn off the heat of the pan with bacon and spaghetti.
- Add the grated Parmesan cheese and add a little pasta cooking water so that the cheese melts.
- Meanwhile, whisk the eggs and then add them while stirring. Keep stirring until it becomes a creamy sauce.
- Grill the tiger prawns and prepare the salmon together with the little gem on the BBQ and serve with the spaghetti Carbonada
