Ordering on a weekday before 11:45 PM? Then your package will usually be handed over to the carrier the same day.
You'll automatically receive a track & trace link as soon as your order is on its way. Just to be sure, check your spam folder – sometimes it ends up there by mistake.
Delivery Time
- Netherlands, Belgium and Germany: Orders are delivered the next day, except on Sundays.
- Other countries: Delivery may take up to 2 additional working days.
- Product-specific delivery time: If a specific delivery time is stated for a product, that time takes precedence over the standard conditions.
Shipping Costs
- Netherlands, Belgium & Germany: Free shipping – no matter what you order.
- Other countries: A small fee may apply, depending on the country.

Returning a product
Not satisfied? Damage upon receipt? Or do you only notice something later? Whatever is going on – we make it easy.
Below you can see what you can do and when:
1. Direct damage or wrong product
Did you receive a damaged item or is your order incorrect? Report it within 3 business days of delivery via our return portal.
Then we'll take it from you. We usually respond within 1 to 2 business days.
2. Warranty – something turns out to be not okay later
Our products are made to last for years. Does something go wrong, through no fault of your own? Then you are covered with us for up to 7 years.
For parts with a ceramic non-stick coating (such as some pans), there is a 2-year warranty on that coating. Not every product has such a coating – such as spatula sets or glass lids – so we keep it fair and clear per product.
Our warranty applies to normal household use. That means: cooking on low to medium heat, and taking a little care of your cookware. This way it stays as beautiful as it is tasty for a long time.
Do you have a problem that is covered by the warranty? Report it via our warranty form or send us an email. We are happy to solve it with you.
3. Just not a match? Return within 60 days
Not in love with your pan after all? That's possible. You can return your product up to 60 days after receipt – even if you have tried it once or twice.
Signs of use are okay, as long as the product is still neat. You can arrange returns via our return portal.
Conditions for return
For a quick refund, we ask you to deliver your return neatly and completely:
- Product is (largely) undamaged and complete
- Packed in the original box
- No written or drawn texts on the packaging
- You indicate in the return portal why you are returning it
As soon as your return has been received by us and approved, we will refund you as soon as possible. This usually succeeds within a few days.

Damage or production error?
Has your order arrived damaged or is something wrong? Please let us know as soon as possible via our return portal.
Damages must be reported within 3 business days of receipt. Then we'll take it from you.
