Social Media Content Manager (32–40h/week)

Not just a content machine – a strategist with spice 🌶️
You don’t have to be in Canva all day (unless you love it). You’re the brain behind our socials: creating strategy, leading creators, and making sure the right message hits the right people at the right moment. From TikTok to Pinterest, teaser to testimonial – you’re on it.
What you’ll do 📆
- 📱 Develop and manage the content strategy for Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and Facebook.
- 🧠 Translate business goals into content for each funnel stage (awareness, consideration, conversion, retention).
- ✍️ Write clear, inspiring briefs for designers, copywriters, video teams, and influencers.
- 🎬 Oversee production and make sure everything is on-brand, on-point, and on-time.
- 📊 Monitor performance closely and optimize like you would a risotto: not too dry, not too soft.
- 🤝 Work closely with our performance marketer and e-commerce manager (a top trio!).
Who you are 💁♀️
- 💡 You live and breathe content and think strategically. You know what to say, when, and why.
- 🖋️ You’ve got a sharp eye for style, tone of voice, and storytelling that sticks.
- 🎨 You can lead creatives without killing their magic.
- 🧾 Organized, proactive, and a perfectionist (the good kind).
- ⏳ At least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- 🚀 Bonus points if you’ve helped grow e-commerce or lifestyle brands.
