We’re building a brand that sticks (unlike our pans). And that requires strong content. That’s why we’re looking for a Content Strategist who combines creative ideas with smart data. Someone who embraces AI, brings content to life, and makes our story resonate worldwide.

What you'll be doing
📅 Strategy & Planning
- Develop and implement the content strategy for socials, website, email, and campaigns.
- Create a content calendar that brings both clarity and inspiration.
- Safeguard our brand identity and tone of voice in every expression.
⚡ Creation & AI Optimization
- Provide input for creative concepts and briefings.
- Leverage AI tools smartly to speed up processes and improve content quality.
- Write yourself too: from captions to short copy and optimizations.
🤝 Coordination & Collaboration
- Manage agencies, freelancers, and content creators.
- Streamline workflows for quality and efficiency.
- Coordinate with internal teams like e-commerce and marketing for consistent communication.
📊 Analysis & Optimization
- Track performance and make data-driven improvements.
- Test content formats and continually improve reach and conversion.
- Stay up to date with trends in content marketing and AI tools.
Who you are
- At least 3 years of experience in content strategy, social media, or digital marketing.
- You’re a sharp writer with an eye for style and a knack for big-picture brand storytelling.
- Experience with e-commerce or premium brands is a plus.
- You’re excited about AI tools and know how to use them to your advantage.
- You lead external teams with ease and work in a structured way.
- A love for cooking, food, or lifestyle? Bonus points!
